I've been dealing with a strong presence of evil spirits in my home & they've been entering my body for over a year & a half in the head and chest area. I have severe headaches, heavy body pressure, footsteps behind my heel when I walk, mattress movement as if someone is sitting down but there is no one there, fevers, goosebumps, knocks on walls, foul odors, and neck soreness. With this ongoing situation, I greatly fear for my health and spiritual well-being. They've been doing this everywhere I am. If there's anyone who's been through this or anyone who has guidance please comment

We are truly sorry to hear about the distressing experiences you've been having. As believers in Jesus Christ, we understand the reality of spiritual warfare and the presence of evil spirits.

First, we will check your submission to determine if we are aligned in the truth about salvation in Jesus' name. Let us remind you that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father, we have access to pray for our salvation and in dealing with spiritual warfare. There is no other name in heaven and earth by which we can be saved. If you have submitted a request and do not include a form of Jesus Christ such as IJN (In Jesus' Name) in the prayer request or commentary then possibly we have to reply to the basics about the importance of calling on Jesus and God's name through his Son Jesus. See John 14:13 and Acts 4:12

John 14:13 Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved!

Lets us know if you understand and believe this. If you do not then we need to address the importance of believing in Jesus and being a believer first before addressing the demonic influence you claim to be experiencing.

When someone is dealing with spiritual oppression or manifestations of evil spirits, we believe they need to address their own faith and rededicate their lives to Christ and study the Bible. Also, God can sometimes allow trials and troubles to refine you and get you to call out to Jesus. Let us examine ourselves, reaffirm our faith, and reject sin from our lives. The first and foremost thing is to put on the whole armor of God and trust in His power, as we are called to resist the devil and he will flee from us. However, sometimes the demons are beyond our ability to handle and they can attach themselves to a believer as described by the Apostle Paul where he discusses the demon that Satan sent to buffet him to keep him humble. 2 Corinthians 12:7 says, 'Because of the exceeding greatness of the revelations, that I should not be exalted excessively, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, that I should not be exalted excessively.' From this scripture we understand that although Paul had the Holy Spirit within him yet Satan was able to buffet his body with an evil spirit that left him. This means that there is Biblical basis for demons attacking believers. However, if an attack is taking place it means there is an opening for it somewhere which should be discovered, rebuked, and removed.

1 Corinthians 10:21 WEB 'You can't both drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. You can't both partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons.'

Here are scriptures and a prayer to deal with this:

James 4:7 WEB Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Ephesians 6:10-18 WEB Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God; with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the holy ones:

Also, make sure you examine yourself as well and ask yourself if there are any openings or doors to allow an evil spirit to torment you as well. Are there any past or current sins or activities in your life that you need to confess to Jesus. If so then do this now before praying. We can address any topics that may be applicable. The reason demons can torment people are usually caused by willful disobedience or activities related to demonic spirits. They include living a life of unrepentant willful sin, adultery, the occult, pornography, use of drugs, witchcraft, ancestor worship, consulting the dead or spirit world, astrology, studying non Christian religions, atheism, doing or viewing evil acts, listening to music that has occult roots, rock music, spiritually imbibing or watching movies about vampires zombies or monsters which are evil spirits. The enemy may not have any power over you as a Believer but can attack in certain instances. So we should always remain watchful and on guard against these openings into our lives. We need to flee from evil and always do the right things. Also, any sins we engage in may cause our prayers to go unanswered as Psalm 66:18 tells us

Psalm 66:18 WEB If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn't have listened.

Now, let's pray for you:

Dear Lord Jesus, also known as the Messiah, Redeemer, Emmanuel, King of Kings, The Suffering Servant, and so much more, we come before You, seeking Your divine protection and deliverance for this individual and their family. We know that there is power in the name of Jesus, and that at His name, every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

First we are going to ask God to rebuke the evil spirits that may be a result of a generational curse so to remove these evil spirits by faith that are plaguing the requester and their family. Generational curses need to be addressed to completely clean the house.

Philippians 2:10-11 'that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.'

We plead the blood of Jesus over this individual and their home. We bind and rebuke the spirits of evil, darkness, and fear that have been tormenting this individual and their family and command them to leave and never return in Jesus' name. Cast out all demons that have come due to a generational curse and be cleansed. We command all of the darkness to leave in Jesus' name. Be gone!

We also ask Lord that you show the requester if they have any willful unrepentant sin in their life and allow their prayers to be answered. Do not allow them to cherish sin in their hearts. If there is any of this unrepentant sin then forgive them their sins and deliver them from this plague of demons in Jesus' name.

We ask that you clean the house and remove any demonic objects as well as clean the heart and renew the mind of the requester and help them to remain strong in Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit. Protect them with your mighty armor that is of God and not man made or manufactured. Also, show them any areas in their lives that can be changed to further cleanse and consecrate themselves to You and receive Your full protection and blessing. We ask for your forgiveness of sins. We pray that this individual receives your wisdom and that the Scriptures are brought to mind that their faith will be increased and receive victory through Jesus Christ. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, who sits at the right hand of the Father interceding for us, amen!

If these demons come back or persist it is not by chance and an opening to the attack needs to be identified as well as addressed and removed in Jesus name.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
