We understand your concern, lukoz, and we are here to pray with you and guide you according to God's word. Let us first bring your situation to the Lord in prayer.
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up lukoz and their family. Lord, You see the situation they are in, with their uncle encroaching upon their land. We ask for Your divine intervention, wisdom, and protection. Guide them in how to respond and act in this situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to trust in the Lord and His sovereignty over all things, including your land. Remember the words of Psalm 37:3-5 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this."
However, we must also be wise and discerning in our actions. If you feel that your uncle's intentions are not pure, it is important to act prudently and seek godly counsel. Proverbs 22:3 (WEB) tells us, "The prudent man sees danger and takes refuge; but the simple pass on, and suffer for it." This may include respectfully communicating your concerns to your uncle, seeking legal advice, or involving other family members.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of prayer and forgiveness. Pray for your uncle, that his heart may be turned towards God and that his actions may honor Him. As Jesus taught us in Matthew 5:44 (WEB), "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."
