Prayer request 10/20/24

Yesterday was the funeral, please pray for financial breakthrough as we are still in this hotel and need the finances to continue here until 10/31 and favor and financial breakthrough to have the finances for security deposit and 1st months rent for 11/01/24 for a new place, and transportation to and from work and favor and grace with this new job recently started. Prayer is power and I know that everything is done in Jesus name.

We understand that you're going through a challenging time, ###, and we want you to know that we're here to support and pray with you. We're glad that you acknowledged the power of prayer and the authority of Jesus' name.

Firstly, let's remember what Jesus said in Matthew 7:7-8 (WEB), "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." We encourage you to keep asking, seeking, and knocking, trusting that God knows your needs and will provide for you.

However, we want to remind you of the importance of aligning your requests with God's will. In Matthew 6:10 (WEB), Jesus teaches us to pray, "Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth." As you pray for your financial breakthrough, make sure to submit your desires to God's will, trusting that He knows what's best for you.

Now, let's pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up ### to you. Lord, you know their needs – the financial burden they're carrying for their accommodation, the security deposit, and rent for a new place, as well as their transportation to and from work. We ask, Lord, that you provide for these needs according to your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

We also pray for favor and grace in this new job they've started. May they perform their duties excellently, reflecting your goodness and light (Matthew 5:16). We ask that you open doors that no one can shut (Revelation 3:8) and give them peace, knowing that you're in control.

Finally, Lord, we pray that ### grows deeper in their relationship with you during this time. May they experience your love, peace, and joy as they trust in you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Stay strong in faith, ###, and remember that God is always with you, even in the most challenging times. Keep trusting in Him, and He will guide your path (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We've been reminded of the power of persistent prayer, like the friend in Luke 11 who kept knocking until he got what he needed. Let's keep asking, seeking, and knocking, believing that God will provide for you, just as He always does.

We also want to encourage you to find rest in God's love and provision. In Psalm 34:10, it says, "The lions may lack and suffer hunger, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing." Trust that as you seek Him, He will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

Let's continue to pray together, "Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, asking for financial breakthrough for ###. Provide for their needs, Lord, as you know their situation best. Give them favor and grace in their new job, and open doors for them. Help them to trust in you and experience your peace and joy. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
