Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of gratitude and reverence, lifting up ### in prayer. Your Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105), and we seek Your guidance and comfort through the scriptures provided.
Lord, we ask that You send out Your light and Your truth; let them lead ### and bring them to Your holy hill and to Your dwelling (Psalm 43:3). In times of affliction, let Your law be the delight and comfort, for without it, we would have perished (Psalm 119:92-93). We praise You, for ### is fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works, and their soul knows it very well (Psalm 139:14).
Father, we pray that ### finds joy in doing Your will, for Your law is within their heart (Psalm 40:8). Let Your compassion come to ###, that they may live, for Your law is their delight (Psalm 119:77). Teach them, O Lord, the way of Your statutes, and they shall keep it to the end. Give them understanding, and they shall keep Your law; indeed, they shall observe it with their whole heart. Make them walk in the path of Your commandments, for they delight in it (Psalm 119:33-35).
We ask that ### longs for Your salvation, O Lord, and Your law is their delight (Psalm 119:174). May they delight in the law of God in their inner being (Romans 7:22), and may Your words be found and eaten, and let them become the joy and rejoicing of their heart (Jeremiah 15:16). We pray that ### delights in Your commandments, which they love (Psalm 119:47), and that they say to You, "You are my Lord; I have no good apart from You" (Psalm 16:2).
