Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend Blewtanpar and their partner to you. We thank you for their desire to serve others and their passion for managing a care home. Lord, you know the desires of our hearts, and we ask that you open the doors for their partner to obtain the job she has always wanted.
Your Word reminds us in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened." We stand on this promise, believing that as we ask in faith, you will grant this request according to your perfect will.
We pray for favor and divine connections for their partner during the job application and interview process. May her qualifications, skills, and experience shine forth, making her the ideal candidate for this position. Remove any obstacles or hindrances that may stand in her way, and grant her the wisdom and discernment needed to make the right decisions.
Lord, we also pray for the care home itself. May it be a place of love, compassion, and healing for all who enter its doors. Bless the staff and residents, and may your presence be felt in every aspect of their work.
We trust in your sovereignty and know that you have a perfect plan for each of our lives. We surrender this prayer request into your hands, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think .
