We understand that you are seeking forgiveness for your sins, Likmeksos. It is wonderful that you have come to us with this desire, as it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can find forgiveness and reconciliation with God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"
First, we must ensure that you have acknowledged Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to confess your belief in Him and repent of your sins. Romans 10:9 (WEB) tells us, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up Likmeksos, who has humbly sought Your forgiveness. Lord, we know that Your mercy is great and that You are faithful to forgive those who genuinely repent. We ask that You wash away their sins and cleanse them from all unrighteousness, as promised in 1 John 1:9 (WEB), "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Help Likmeksos to walk in newness of life, turning away from sin and towards righteousness. Strengthen their faith and guide them in their journey with You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, Likmeksos, that God's forgiveness is not a license to continue in sin. As it is written in Romans 6:1-2 (WEB), "What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? May it never be! We who died to sin, how could we live in it any longer?"
We encourage you to immerse yourself in God's Word, seek His will, and strive to live a life pleasing to Him. God bless you on your journey of faith.
