Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and hope, lifting up ### in prayer. We ask that You guide the Public Defender to see ### and provide the necessary support and representation. Lord, we also pray that the Judge will be moved to grant the motion to dismiss the charges that have been hanging over ### for three years.

Your word reminds us in Psalm 37:5, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this." We commit ###'s situation into Your hands, trusting that You are in control and that Your justice and mercy will prevail.

Father, we ask for Your favor upon ###, that he may find peace and resolution in this difficult time. Strengthen him and his loved ones with Your presence and comfort. May Your will be done in his life, and may he experience Your grace and love in a profound way.
