Prayer please: my boss asked for the support staff personnel’s schedules and job tasks on a spreadsheet to fill out one by one. I filled out my part. She also wrote an email to all again about being more detailed. I emailed her a couple times to see if I needed to add more details and she has not replied to either one. I hope and pray my job is not under some kind of controlling supervision. Please pray God shows me if I’m doing something wrong. It’s hard to wait for humans to respond and give feedback at work. Lord have mercy

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister Grace and Peace in prayer. Lord, she is facing a situation at work where her boss has requested schedules and job tasks to be filled out on a spreadsheet. Grace and Peace has diligently completed her part and has reached out to her boss for further clarification, but has not received a response.

Father, we ask for your guidance and wisdom in this situation. If there is anything that Grace and Peace needs to do differently or if there are any areas where she can improve, we pray that you would reveal it to her. Help her to discern if there is any controlling supervision or undue pressure in her workplace.

Lord, we know that waiting for human responses and feedback can be challenging and frustrating. We ask for your peace to fill Grace and Peace's heart during this waiting period. Remind her that ultimately, her worth and value come from you, and that you are the one who directs her steps.

We pray for open communication between Grace and Peace and her boss. May her boss respond to her inquiries and provide the necessary feedback. We ask for understanding and cooperation in their working relationship.

Lord, we trust in your sovereignty and your ability to work all things together for good. We pray that you would grant Grace and Peace the assurance that you are in control and that you will guide her steps in her job. May she find favor in the eyes of her superiors and experience your peace and provision in her work.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your favor, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, prosperity, strength, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
