###Cross, we hear your distress and are here to lift you and ### up in prayer. We understand your concern for your relationship, but we must first address a few things in light of the Bible's teachings.
The Bible encourages us to seek godly spouses and to build relationships that honor God (Proverbs 18:22, 2 Corinthians 6:14). We notice you've referred to ### as your 'partner.' We encourage you to consider the biblical perspective on marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman (Matthew 19:4-6). If you and ### are not married, we pray that God will guide your relationship towards a godly union in marriage, if it is His will.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up ### and ###. Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance in their relationship. If it is Your will, bring their hearts closer, remove any obstacles, and bless their love. Help ### manage her work and occupations, and give ### the patience and understanding he needs.
However, Lord, if this relationship is not according to Your will, we ask that You reveal this to them and guide them according to Your divine plan. Help them to trust in You and Your timing.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
###, we encourage you to trust in God's timing and plan. Remember, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
Also, consider this verse regarding relationships: "Be still, and know that I am God" (Psalm 46:10, WEB). It's important to spend time in God's presence, seeking His will for your life and relationship.
Lastly, continue to pray together and for each other. A relationship built on prayer and God's word has a strong foundation (Matthew 7:24-27).
