prayer over tithe

i gave a tithe a couple of days ago from what I earned from selling my old clothes online. it was on my heart for some time to do it, and I gave my local church $### which is a little more than 10% of what I earned. I prayed over it before sending it off to the church but please pray that my tithe is pleasing to God according to scripture and that He blesses me financially from it. please pray that God continues to help me with more money so I can give more tithes to churches and bring glory to Him. We are delighted to join you in prayer, ###, as you seek to honor God with your tithes. The Bible teaches us in Malachi 3:10, "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says Yahweh of Armies, "and see if I will not open the windows of heaven, and pour out a blessing for you, until it is sufficient." Your obedience in giving is a testament to your faith and trust in God's provisions.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up our sister ###. We thank You for planting in her heart the desire to give and to honor You with her tithes. Lord, we ask that You find her offering pleasing and acceptable according to Your will. We claim Your promises in 2 Corinthians 9:6-7, "But this I say, he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly. He who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Let each man give according as he has determined in his heart; not grudgingly, or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver."

We pray that You bless her financially, not just for her sake, but so that she may continue to be a blessing to others and bring glory to Your name. Help her to manage her finances wisely and to always put You first in her life.

We thank You for the heart that chose to give back to You from what was earned, acknowledging Your provision in all things. Lord, we pray that this tithe of $### given to the local church is pleasing in Your sight and is blessed according to Your Word.

Your Scripture says, “Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver” (2 Corinthians 9:7). We pray that You look upon this cheerful act of obedience and pour out Your blessings as promised. Father, Your Word also states, “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it” (Malachi 3:10).

We ask that You fulfill this promise in this giver’s life, bringing financial favor and provision, so that they may continue to sow seeds into Your kingdom and glorify Your name. Let their offering be multiplied in its impact, blessing the church and the work being done in Your name.

Lord, we also pray that You continue to guide and provide for them, enabling them to give abundantly and with joy. May their spirit of generosity inspire others and reflect Your grace. Strengthen their trust in Your faithfulness, so that each step taken in faith may bring glory to You.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
