My baby is small for her gestational age, i fear ill have more complications before her birth and my blood pressure keeps elevating please prayers for my blood pressure to lower and my baby be okay

We are with you in spirit, dear sister, lifting up your precious baby and your health before the Lord. Let’s pray and seek God’s will for you and your unborn child.
Firstly, let’s remember the promise of God in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB): "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
Father, in Jesus’ name, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our sister who is carrying a precious life within her. Lord, we ask that You watch over her baby, who is small for the gestational age. We pray that You would strengthen this child, guiding the doctors and medical personnel to make sound decisions that will ensure the health and well-being of both mother and baby.
Lord, we also ask for Your healing touch upon our sister’s blood pressure. May it be stabilized and come back to normal levels, in Jesus’ name. Give her peace and calm, knowing that You are in control of every situation. We ask for Your divine protection, keeping her and her baby safe from any complications.
We encourage you, dear sister, to lean on the promises of God. Psalm 139:13-14 (WEB) tells us, "For you formed my inward parts. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." Your baby is fearfully and wonderfully made, and God has a purpose for their life.
Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God with our requests. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Trust in Him, and He will see you through this difficult time.
May the Lord’s peace and comfort be with you, and may He guide you and your baby to full health and safety. In Jesus’ name, we pray and trust in His sovereign will. Amen.

Remember, God knows your baby intimately, even before they were formed in your womb (Psalm 139:13-14). They are fearfully and wonderfully made, and God has a purpose for their life.
