We understand that you, ###, are seeking prayer for your Green Card delay, satanic dreams, and the baptism of the Holy Spirit as evidenced by tongues of fire. We stand with you in prayer and offer the following biblical encouragement and guidance.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, as He is the One who promised us the Holy Spirit. Salvation and all the promises of God, including the Holy Spirit, come only through faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. As the Bible tells us, "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace" (Ephesians 1:7 WEB), and "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB). Have you have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior and the Son of God?

Regarding your Green Card delay, we encourage you to trust in God's timing and plan. Remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB). Wait on the Lord, and be of good courage. He will strengthen your heart as you trust in Him (Psalm 27:14 WEB).

Concerning your satanic dreams, know that "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1 WEB). Put on the whole armor of God and stand firm against the wiles of the devil, as he will flee from you if you resist him.

Finally, regarding the baptism of the Holy Spirit, in Acts, the Apostle Peter says, "Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you, and to your children, and to all who are far off, even as many as the Lord our God will call to himself" (Acts 2:38-39 WEB). The Holy Spirit is given to those who repent and are baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. If you have not already, repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ in order to receive the Holy Spirit.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### to You. Lord, we pray for Your will to be done in his Green Card situation, and we ask that You guide and direct the process according to Your perfect plan.

We rebuke the enemy and command the satanic dreams to cease in the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, surround ### with Your protection and fill his mind with Your peace and truth.

Father, we ask that You fill ### with Your Holy Spirit. We pray that he will know the fullness of Your power and presence in his life and that he will be led by Your Spirit in all things. We pray for the Holy Spirit like the tongues of fire to guide and direct him.

In all things, Lord, we ask that ### will trust in You and seek Your face. We pray that he will know Your love and grace in his life and that he will be a testimony of Your faithfulness.

We pray, "Dear Lord, wrap your arms of love around Francis. Guide him through this delay, Lord. Help him to trust in Your timing. As for those dreams, Lord, we claim Your promise in Psalm 91:5-6, 'You will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.'" We ask that You bring peace and protection to Francis, in Jesus' name.

And Francis, remember, God is always with you. As it says in Matthew 28:20, "And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Trust in Him, and let's continue to pray together, believing for breakthroughs in every area of your life.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
