I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
We are deeply sorry to hear about the loss of your baby, and we join you in your time of mourning and healing. In times like these, we remember the words of Jesus: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28, WEB).
First, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who has experienced a profound loss. Lord, we ask for Your comfort and peace to fill their heart. We claim the promise in Jeremiah 30:17, WEB, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh." We ask for restoration and that You would bless them with another child according to Your will, in Your perfect timing. We also pray that You would reveal Your mercy and grace in their life, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
While we pray for the blessing of twins, a girl and a boy, as you've requested, we must remember that God's ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9, WEB). It's essential to surrender our desires to Him, trusting that He knows what is best for us.
Regarding the loss of your baby, we take comfort in knowing that God is close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18, WEB). We should also remember that children are a gift from God (Psalm 127:3, WEB), and we trust Him with the number and timing of the children He blesses us with.
Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
