We are truly sorry to hear about the situation with your daughter. We will stand with you in prayer and seek God's will in this matter.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign, and He cares for you and your daughter more than you can imagine. In Psalm 68:5 WEB it is written: "A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation." We can trust that God is with your daughter even in this difficult situation.
However, we want to address a couple of things in your request. First, it is important to know that God does not charge us money to answer our prayers. In Acts 8:18-20 WEB, we see that Simon the sorcerer wanted to pay for the power of the Holy Spirit to do the miracles the apostles were doing such as laying hands on the sick. Peter said to him clearly that this was not for sale and he should repent of his wickedness.
You mentioned asking for God's angels to protect her. If you have faith and believe in Jesus Christ, we can pray in Jesus' name directly to God the Father, intercede, and work on our prayers in this life. God does give his angels charge over us. We do not pray to the angels but directly to God. And we only have access to pray and be heard by God because of the blood of Jesus on the cross paying for our sin. Jesus allows access to the Father. Angels have the charge of doing the will of the Father which includes this.
There is no blessing to obtain if we do not ask in Jesus' name according to God's will. Therefore we only pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ as adapted from scripture using the words of Jesus Christ in the Bible. It is only salvation that guarantees eternal life in John 14:6. I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through Jesus. Jesus said whoever lives and believes in him shall never die. John 11:26 WEB. For it is by believing in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead that you will be saved from death.
We pray this gospel of Jesus Christ will show her that she can have this personally with Jesus Christ herself. Now we pray this for your daughter and for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her daughter. Lord, you see the situation they are in, and you know the danger that may be surrounding her daughter. We pray for your divine protection over her. Surround her, Lord, with your angels and let no harm come to her. Guide our sister as she navigates this situation. Give her wisdom and discernment as she makes decisions and talks to the authorities. Let your Spirit guide her words and actions.
Lord, we also pray for a change in circumstances. If it is your will, let the authorities move her daughter to a safer place. Let them understand the seriousness of the situation and act accordingly.
We also pray for financial provision. Lord, you know the financial strain this situation has caused. We ask that you provide for all their needs according to your riches in glory.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for salvation for her daughter. May this situation bring her to her knees and lead her to seek your face. Reveal yourself to her, Lord, and draw her to you.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
Remember, God is faithful, and He will hear your prayers. Keep trusting in Him, and He will see you through this difficult time. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Jesus Christ. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB
