We join with you, Basiloria, in lifting up your friend's mother and her need for healing. It's wonderful that you brought this request in the name of Jesus, as it is by His name and authority we are told:

Therefore, God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your healing touch for our dear sister's mother. We ask that You place Your healing hands upon her leg, removing all infection and restoring her to full health. We stand in agreement with Basiloria, trusting in Your power and goodness. We also pray for Your comfort and strength to be the mother and the family during this time. Help them to trust in You and to be anxious for nothing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to trust in the Lord, Basiloria, and encourage your friend and their mother to do the same. Remember the words of the Psalmist:

Heavenly Father, you are Jehovah Rapha, our God who heals and restores us and we are grateful for your healing touch! We thank you so much for your love for us. We pray now that you will make your healing hand known as we lift this person and her healing need to you. Lord, please begin the healing process and give her the strength and patience to follow you and allow her to walk through this period with continual thanks and praise to you. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
