Prayer of genuine salvation for my husband

Please pray for my husband that he receives a genuine salvation from God, walking truthfully in holiness and righteousness. Pray for God's total deliverance over us and that he grant us rest on every side.

We understand your heart's desire for your husband's genuine salvation and for God's deliverance and rest upon your family. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will according to His word.

Firstly, let's remember what the Bible says about salvation. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that one can receive genuine salvation. We pray that your husband may have a personal encounter with Jesus, accepting Him as his Lord and Savior.

We also pray that he may grow in holiness and righteousness. As it is written, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB). We ask God to grant your husband the strength to walk in truth, continually seeking forgiveness and cleansing from sin.

For your family, we pray for God's total deliverance. We claim the promise in Psalm 34:17-18 (WEB), "The righteous cry out, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." We ask God to deliver you both from any form of bondage, granting you rest on every side.

Finally, we encourage you to continue praying fervently for your husband, trusting that God's will shall be done in his life. Remember the words of James 5:16 (WEB), "...The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." Keep praying, and do not lose heart.
