We are glad to join you in prayer and petition as you seek God's will for your life. It is encouraging to see your desire to meet your spouse and grow in godly characteristics.
Firstly we want to pray with you, asking God to guide you to your future spouse. God is the supreme matchmaker we can trust in this. We see in scripture that the Bible only talks of marriage as between a man and woman. Genesis 2:24 (WEB) Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh. We pray that you meet a godly spouse that will be a blessing for you and share your desire to live a life that honors God.
Let's pray.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today to ask for your guidance and wisdom for our brother/sister in Christ. They have expressed their desire to meet their future spouse and we ask that you guide them in this area. Prepare both of them Father for this future union.
We ask that you help them to grow in discipline, focus, humility, courage, patience, and wisdom. Help them to be more disciplined in reading your Word and in prayer, that they may grow closer to you and understand your will for their life in Jesus name.
We pray that you help them to use their gifts wisely and find balance in their life. We pray all these things in Jesus name.
Help them to be a blessing to others, that they may shine their light and others will see their good works and glorify you, our Father in heaven.

We encourage you to continue to trust in God and his timing. Psalm 32:8 (WEB) I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. He has a plan and a purpose for your life, and he will guide you in the way you should go.
It is important to remember that the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church. Ephesians 5:23 (WEB) . It is important to submit to each other out of reverence for Christ. Ephesians 5:21 (WEB) . We pray that God will help you to find a godly spouse that will love and respect you, and that you will be able to submit to each other in love.
As you seek to grow in godly characteristics, remember that all things are possible through Christ who strengthens you. Philippians 4:13 (WEB) I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.
Lastly we see that Jesus was not mentioned in the prayer request. It is only through Jesus that we are able to even have access to God. John 14:6 (WEB) Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Therefore it is very important to remember to mention Jesus in our prayers. It is also important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have salvation. Acts 4:12 (WEB) There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
