We are truly saddened to hear about the trials you are facing, and we stand with you in prayer and in the power of Jesus' name. Firstly, let us address the root of the issue. The Lord clearly commands us not to commit adultery, and your husband's actions are in direct violation of God's will. Hebrew 13:4 says Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled; for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous. We rebuke your husband's sinful behavior and pray for his conviction, repentance, and deliverance. May God grant him the strength to resist temptation and to honor his marital commitment to you.
Now, let us pray for your deliverance and protection. The Bible assures us that no weapon that is formed against you will prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you will condemn (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We stand on this promise and declare that the evil plans of your husband's girlfriend, and those in your neighborhood will not succeed. Trust GOD and He will act.
We also pray for your emotional and spiritual well-being, as you must be experiencing immense pain and turmoil. Remember the words of the Bible, that IJN they are not praying to a God that can do anything but that God is One and knows all things. Be strong and courageous; do not be afraid nor dismayed before the king of Assyria, nor before all the multitude that is with him: for there be more with us than with him. With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the LORD our God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah. (2 Chronicles 32:7-8 WEB).
We also want to get to the heart of the issue. This problem can also be described as the result of sins. The Bible says, "Be sure your sin will find you out." (Numbers 32:23 WEB). That means you can not sin in secret. That is not how the world works. So, if you have sin in your life, that will come up when you pray - just so you know. But just as the Bible says, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9 WEB)
Finally, we want to remind you that the name of Jesus is the only name by which we can be saved. And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB).As you face these challenges, we encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB). May these trials draw you closer to Him and strengthen your faith.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister in Christ who is facing severe trials and persecution. We pray for her husband, that You would convict his heart and bring him to repentance, turning away from his adulterous ways. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over our sister, shielding her from the evil plans of those who seek to harm her. We declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper, and that every tongue that rises against her in judgment will be condemned.
Father, we also pray for her emotional and spiritual well-being. Grant her Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and strengthen her faith in this time of need. Help her to keep her eyes fixed on Jesus, trusting in Your sovereign will for her life.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
