Regarding marital delay, we encourage your family to trust in God's timing and to seek His will for their lives. It is important to prepare oneself spiritually, emotionally, and practically for marriage, as it is a lifelong commitment instituted by God Himself. Remember that a wife is a gift from God, a suitable helper Proverbs 19:14 WEB. Be in prayer about this and trust God. Wait patiently for the LORD. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for the LORD. Psalm 27:14 WEB.
The scripture notes that being unequally yoked can cause delay. Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness? 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB. So, it is important to trust God for a believing husband or wife and to wait on His timing.
You have specifically named Jesus Christ in your prayer. This is good. It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father. He is the mediator between God and mankind. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB.

God expects the man to be the leader of the family as Christ is the head of the church. God wants men to be more like Christ, loving, leading, and serving their family. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
