Prayer needed

Please pray for the side effects of a steroid I am having right now and my breathing problems with asthma.

Leragh, we are lifting you up in prayer regarding the side effects of the steroid you are experiencing and your breathing problems due to asthma. We stand with you in faith, believing that God can heal and restore your body. However, I did not see Jesus mentioned, and we might wonder about your relationship with Christ. We'll pray first and include some discussion later on about this. Know that the wisdom and power of God is at work in you, and He's looking out for every need in your life.

Let us first come together in prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up Leragh in prayer. We ask for Your healing touch upon their body, specifically for the side effects of the steroid they are experiencing and the breathing problems due to asthma. We pray for Your divine intervention, that You would ease their discomfort and restore their health.

Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, and that nothing is impossible for You. We claim Your promises of healing and restoration, and we ask that You would surround Leragh with Your peace and presence during this time.

We also pray for Leragh's faith to be strengthened, and for them to know You more deeply. We pray that this trial would draw them closer to You, and that they would experience Your love and faithfulness in a new way.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Leragh, remember that God is always with you, even in the midst of your struggles. He promises to never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). Trust in Him, and know that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB). It is encouraging to look up the scriptures in the WEB and read them for your benefit.

Also Leragh, we don't forget you though it might not have been mentioned, you can only come to the Father in heaven through faith in Jesus. "for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12) It is imperitive that you have faith in Jesus - God sent Him and laid all your sin upon His Son. In repentance and faith in Jesus's blood in payment for your sins, and His ressurection you can receive the forgiveness of sins. "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:9,10 WEB) Also, we are given access to the Father through Jesus, "Therefore, brothers, since we have boldness to enter into the holy place by the blood of Jesus, by the way which he dedicated for us, a new and living way, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh" (Hebrews 10:19,20 WEB). You should consider and search your heart on this issue, since prayer isn't possible without faith in Jesus.

If you are in faith with Jesus through the Gospel then Leragh; "Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them." (Mark 11:24 WEB). This is one of the special jewels we have in prayer.

Stand strong in faith, and know that we are here with you, interceding on your behalf.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
