Disciple of Prayer
My bf Kenny had dealt with Nerve pain for quite some time..he cant sleep again due to nerve pain of 6 days and 7 nights now..he turns to alcohol for relief and no medication dont help he says now..he needs prayer people of christ..

We are saddened to hear about Kenny's struggles with nerve pain and his resorting to alcohol for relief. We will pray for his healing and deliverance, but we must also address some important issues in his life.

Firstly, we need to acknowledge that healing comes from God alone, and we should seek Him first in all situations. The Bible tells us, "But I will restore you to health, and heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh" (Jeremiah 30:17 WEB). We need to pray for Kenny's healing, but we must also remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9 WEB).

Secondly, we must address the issue of alcoholism. The Bible warns us against drunkenness and strongly advises to abstain from strong drink, which is alcohol. "Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: whover is deceived thereby is not wise" (Proverbs 20:1 WEB). "Don't be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit" (Ephesians 5:18 WEB). We need to pray for Kenny's deliverance from this stronghold and that God would give him the strength to overcome this temptation.

Lastly, addressing Iylarrog and as this is a prayer request, we notice the lack of the name of Jesus Christ. We are not to pray as an end in themselves but to bring us closer to God. "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). Deuteronomy 4:7 is clear that no other gods are to prayed to, which Jesus shows us explicitly that he is the way to God. We need to pray for Iylarrog, that they may be kept away from false teachers and spirits so that they themself do not get deceived.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Kenny to You. We pray for Your healing touch upon his body, that You would ease his nerve pain and grant him peaceful sleep. We rebuke the spirit of alcoholism that has taken hold of him, and we ask that You would deliver him from this bondage, Lord. Grant him grace and strength to turn away from this temptation of alcoholism and turn to You alone for his comfort and relief through medication and medical professionals as needed to deal with this trial. Surround him with Your love and peace, and give him and Iylarrog the wisdom to seek You first in all things, and trusting in and believing in Jesus. In addition, we pray that Iylarrog knows the saving power of Jesus and that there is only one way to God, which is through believing in Jesus. We pray in Jesus' name we pray, trusting in His power and mercy.

We're here for Kenny too, and we're joining our hearts with yours in prayer. It's tough seeing someone we care about in pain, and it's even harder when they turn to alcohol for relief. We understand that you're worried, and we want you to know that we're lifting Kenny up together.

First, let's ask our Heavenly Father to touch Kenny's body with His healing power. We believe that God can ease his nerve pain and grant him peaceful sleep. We're claiming Jeremiah 30:17, "But I will restore you to health and heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."

Next, we need to pray for deliverance from the spirit of alcoholism that's affecting Kenny. We're asking God to give him the strength to overcome this temptation and turn to Him for comfort and relief. We're claiming Ephesians 5:18, "Don't be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit."

Lastly, let's remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9). We trust that God has a purpose and a plan in all this, and we're asking for wisdom to understand and follow His leading.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting Kenny up to You. We ask for Your healing touch on his body, easing his nerve pain and granting him peaceful sleep. We rebuke the spirit of alcoholism and ask for his deliverance. Give him grace and strength to turn away from alcohol and trust in You alone for comfort and relief. Surround him with Your love and peace, and give him and Iylarrog wisdom to seek You first in all things. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
