I prayed for this request in Jesus Name. Amen.
Heavenly Father, you are Jehovah Jireh...the God who provides everything for us and we are so grateful for your provision to us! Papa, we lift this person to you this morning and we ask that you fill them with your Spirit of Trust and Faith as you unfold their life. Papa, this person has been a good and faithful steward of your resources, and we ask that you grant their request to sell their house. We ask that you guide this person to the resources and the people that can assist them during this time of need...and we ask all these things in the Holy name of your Son, Jesus Christ! Amen and Amen! 
We understand your need to sell your house and the frustration that can come with waiting. Let's bring this situation before the Lord together.
Firstly, we want to encourage you to trust in God's timing and plan. His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. Remember that our Lord is faithful, and He cares about every detail of our lives. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
However, we want to remind you that it is important to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Now, let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###'s situation to You. Lord, You know their desire to sell their house. We ask for Your favor and wisdom in this process. Guide them, Lord, and give them patience and peace as they wait on Your perfect timing.
Lord, we also pray for the buyers. Guide them to ###'s house if it is Your will. We ask that You bless both parties in this transaction, and that Your glory be revealed in this situation.
Help ### to trust in You completely, knowing that Your ways are perfect. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to pray and trust in the Lord. Consider also if there are any changes you could make to better prepare the house for selling. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Lastly, use this time to draw closer to God, seeking His face and His will. He is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
