We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties your daughter is facing at her workplace. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, it is important to remember that God is faithful, and He cares about every detail of our lives, including our work situations. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7, Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. This is a promise that we can claim for your daughter and for you as her parent.
Regarding the unfair treatment and hostile work environment, we are reminded of Jesus' words in Matthew 5:11-12, Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. This does not mean that we should accept unfair treatment, but rather that we should find comfort in knowing that God sees and knows all things, and He will ultimately judge every situation fairly.
We pray that God will give your daughter the strength and wisdom to navigate this difficult situation. We ask that He will guide her steps and provide her with favor and grace in the eyes of her superiors. We also pray that God will protect her physical and mental health during this time, and that He will provide for all of her needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19.
Moreover, we lift up your concern about your peace of mind.
Please, dear friend, do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
We also want to remind you of Matthew 6:33-34 to seek first God's kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.
Lastly, we notice that Jesus was not specifically mentioned in your prayer. We want to emphasize the importance of praying in Jesus' name, as it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
It is only through Jesus that we have access to God the Father, and it is in His name that we should pray.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her daughter. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this work situation. We pray that You will give her daughter the strength and wisdom to face each day, and that You will protect her physical and mental health. We ask that You will soften the hearts of her superiors and create a more positive work environment.
We also pray for our sister, that You will grant her Your perfect peace that passes all understanding. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her and her daughter.
Lord, we ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we pray, and it is through His sacrifice that we have access to Your throne of grace.
Amen.
We hope this response brings you comfort and encouragement.
