Prayer needed for a new intern that I will be responsible to train. It's my first time to manage and be responsible for an employee and I want to help the intern do well as well as have the experience a productive one for me, the intern and the company.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is about to embark on the journey of training a new intern. Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance as they step into this new role of responsibility. Your Word says in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We pray that You would grant them the wisdom they need to train and mentor this intern effectively.

Lord, we pray for a spirit of patience and understanding to be upon them. Help them to communicate clearly and to be a source of encouragement and support for the intern. May this experience be productive and enriching for both the trainer and the intern, and may it bring glory to Your name and benefit to the company.

We also pray for the intern, that they may have a teachable spirit and a willingness to learn. May they find joy and fulfillment in their work, and may they grow in their skills and knowledge. Let this be a season of growth and development for both the trainer and the intern.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
