1 In you, Lord my God,
I put my trust.
2 I trust in you;
do not let me be put to shame,
nor let my enemies triumph over me.
3 No one who hopes in you
will ever be put to shame,
but shame will come on those
who are treacherous without cause.
4 Show me your ways, Lord,
teach me your paths.
5 Guide me in your truth and teach me,
for you are God my Savior,
and my hope is in you all day long.
6 Remember, Lord, your great mercy and love,
for they are from of old.
7 Do not remember the sins of my youth
and my rebellious ways;
according to your love remember me,
for you, Lord, are good.
8 Good and upright is the Lord;
therefore he instructs sinners in his ways.
9 He guides the humble in what is right
and teaches them his way.
10 All the ways of the Lord are loving and faithful
toward those who keep the demands of his covenant.
11 For the sake of your name, Lord,
forgive my iniquity, though it is great.
12 Who, then, are those who fear the Lord?
He will instruct them in the ways they should choose.[b]
13 They will spend their days in prosperity,
and their descendants will inherit the land.
14 The Lord confides in those who fear him;
he makes his covenant known to them.
15 My eyes are ever on the Lord,
for only he will release my feet from the snare.
16 Turn to me and be gracious to me,
for I am lonely and afflicted.
17 Relieve the troubles of my heart
and free me from my anguish.
18 Look on my affliction and my distress
and take away all my sins.
19 See how numerous are my enemies
and how fiercely they hate me!
20 Guard my life and rescue me;
do not let me be put to shame,
for I take refuge in you.
21 May integrity and uprightness protect me,
because my hope, Lord,[c] is in you.
22 Deliver Israel, O God,
from all their troubles!

Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Richard Mokaya, who has placed their trust in you. Lord, we pray that you would not let them be put to shame, and that their enemies would not triumph over them. We declare that those who hope in you will never be put to shame, but shame will come upon those who are treacherous without cause.

Lord, we ask that you show Richard your ways and teach them your paths. Guide them in your truth and teach them, for you are their God and Savior. Their hope is in you all day long. Remember, Lord, your great mercy and love, for they are from of old. Do not remember the sins of their youth and rebellious ways, but according to your love, remember them, for you are good.

You are good and upright, Lord, and you instruct sinners in your ways. We pray that you would guide Richard in what is right and teach them your way. May they walk in your loving and faithful ways as they keep the demands of your covenant.

For the sake of your name, Lord, forgive Richard's iniquity, though it may be great. We declare that those who fear you, Lord, you will instruct them in the ways they should choose. May they spend their days in prosperity, and may their descendants inherit the land. We thank you, Lord, that you confide in those who fear you and make your covenant known to them.

Lord, Richard's eyes are ever on you, for only you can release their feet from the snare. We ask that you turn to them and be gracious, for they are feeling lonely and afflicted. Relieve the troubles of their heart and free them from their anguish. Look upon their affliction and distress, and take away all their sins.

We see, Lord, how numerous Richard's enemies are and how fiercely they hate them. We pray that you would guard their life and rescue them. Do not let them be put to shame, for they take refuge in you. May integrity and uprightness protect them, for their hope is in you.

Finally, Lord, we join Richard in praying for the deliverance of Israel from all their troubles. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, Amen.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
