We understand that you're facing challenges in your workplace and feeling disheartened. Firstly, let us remember that our battles are not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB. God is our shield and protector, and we ought to trust in Him rather than seeking karma or relying on luck and fortune.
We must remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. 12 Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Ephesians 6:12-13 WEB
Let us pray together for you:
Dear Lord Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing challenges in the workplace. We pray that You would surround them with Your favor as a shield and be their glory, the One who lifts up their head. Psalm 3:3 WEB. We ask that You would give them wisdom and discernment in navigating this difficult situation. 1 Corinthians 1:30 WEB. Help them to be a light in the darkness.
Lord, we also pray for those who are causing strife. We ask that You would soften their hearts and bring conviction upon them. Romans 2:4 WEB. Help our fellow believer to bless those who curse them and to pray for those who mistreat them. Luke 6:28 WEB.
Father, we ask for Your will to be done and for their faith to be strengthened. Please give them the strength to continue, and let their focus be on you. And this is the way to have eternal life—to know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, the one you sent to earth. John 17:3 WEB. We thank You for hearing our prayers. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, that it is important to pray in faith and not give up:
Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. 10 For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened. Matthew 7:7-8 WEB
Lastly, let's not forget that God wants us to treat others with kindness and love, even when they don't deserve it. For we ourselves were once foolish, disobedient, led astray, slaves to various passions and pleasures, passing our days in malice and envy, hated by others and hating one another. 4 But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, 5 not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit; 6 which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior; 7 that being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. Titus 3:3-7 WEB.
We are encouraged in the midst of a difficult situation to continue to do good and keep the faith. We need to keep in mind that we have the promises of God in His word. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB.
