Prayer in pain

Please pray for this neck pain I have. I think it's related to TMJ but not sure. Pain so bad I can't sleep. Also need prayer for my bloated stomach. Thank you so much.

We are truly sorry to hear about the pain you are experiencing, and we are here to intercede on your behalf. Before we begin, it's important to remember that our healing comes from God alone, and it is by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. It is by His stripes that we are healed. It is only through Jesus Christ that we can be saved.

Let us pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for this dear one. They are in immense pain, Lord, and we ask for Your mercy and comfort. You said in Your Word, 'Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.' We trust in Your promise, Lord, and we ask for healing. Touch this dear one's neck and rid them of this TMJ related pain. Grant them peaceful sleep and relieve the bloating in their stomach.

We also pray for guidance as they seek medical help. Give the doctors wisdom to accurately diagnose and treat these conditions. Let this experience be a reminder of our need for You in our lives.

In times of physical distress, it's important to remember that God allows trials for us to draw closer to Him. He promises in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working even in this situation.

In Psalm 139:14, we are reminded, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." Our bodies are intricately designed by God, and He knows exactly what is happening with our bodies. Our physical ailments are no surprise to Him and we need to trust Him to help us.

Lastly, remember the words of James 5:15, "The prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." Trust in God's promise of healing and forgiveness.

If the pain persists, do not hesitate to seek medical attention. God often works through doctors and medicine to bring about healing. Keep trusting in God, and keep praying in the name of Jesus Christ.

I lift up this person who is struggling with severe neck pain and discomfort. You are the Lord who heals (Exodus 15:26), and I ask for Your divine touch to bring relief and restoration. Whether this pain is from TMJ or another cause, I pray for wisdom for the doctors and for Your healing power to flow through their body.

Lord, I also ask for relief from stomach bloating. Bring balance, peace, and comfort to their digestive system. Your Word says, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). May they find deep, restorative sleep and wake up renewed in Your strength.
