We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the blessing of employment and the organization that has been a source of provision for you and many other families. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to have mercy and favor on your workplace, and to protect it from those who may have ill intentions. We agree with you in Jesus' name.

We come before You, lifting up our brother and his workplace to You. We thank You for the blessing of employment and the organization that has been a source of provision for many families. We ask, Lord, that You would have mercy and favor on this organization. Protect it from individuals who do not have good intentions, from those with selfish ambitions and designs. Lord, You see the hearts of all people, and You know who is causing frustration and strife. We pray that You would intervene, and if it is Your will, remove those who are being oppressive and divisive.
We also rebuke any ongoing frustration to the point of outcry. We know that we should not allow that kind of frustration. Proverbs 19:3 WEB says, 'The foolishness of man perverts his way; his heart rages against Yahweh.'
We know that we should not allow ourselves to become frustrated to the point of raging against God. We should not allow frustration to overtake us. Instead, we should pray for our enemies.
Matthew 5:44 WEB says, 'But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,'
We should not allow ourselves to become so frustrated that we ask for God to quickly remove these people from our organization. We should not allow our hearts to be filled with bitterness and anger. We should not be filled with hate toward anyone. Instead, we should pray for them and seek their salvation.
Instead of being so frustrated that we ask God to remove them, we should be more concerned about their salvation. We should pray for their salvation.
1 Timothy 2:3-4 WEB says, 'For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth.'
