We are with you in spirit and lifted your family up before the Lord, especially your parents, asking for His healing touch and blessings upon their health and well-being. We prayed for God's wisdom and guidance for you as a teacher, and for His comfort and peace to fill your heart. Praying in secret to our unseen Father is best rather than broadcasting your good deeds to others. Do not do your charitable deeds before men to be seen by them. Otherwise, you have no reward from your Father who is in heaven. When therefore you do merciful deeds, do not sound a trumpet before yourself, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may get glory from men. Most certainly I tell you, they have received their reward. But when you do merciful deeds, do not let your left hand know what your right hand does, so that your merciful deeds may be in secret, then your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly, (Matthew 6:1-4 WEB).
Regarding the teacher you mentioned, we must address this situation in light of biblical principles. Firstly, it's important to understand that God desires us to live holy lives, abstaining from sinful behavior. You have not mentioned if this person is involved in fornication with someone else, having sex before marriage, or living as a homosexual but have only said she is living sinfully. Fornication with someone else may be a symptom of this but not said in your request. If a person has sinful behavior, the best thing to do is to rebuke that person and share the Gospel. We want to build them up in Christ Jesus and win them to Christ by love and encouragement. If a person is sad or depressed, we should be listening and praying for them but not be a victim and not be depressed. The Bible teaches us, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus, (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB). Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things, (Philippians 4:8 WEB). We want to think and pray on things that are above and not on things that are on the earth.
We are also praying for your desire to marry. The Bible teaches us to be equally yoked with fellow believers. Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness, (2 Corinthians 6:14 KJV)? The word yoke is a farming metaphor and refers to two oxen that are linked (yoked) together pulling a cart. When two oxen are pulling a cart, they need to work together. If one is pulling left and the other is pulling right, they will get nowhere. It is the same with marriage. A marriage requires teamwork, and if the people in the marriage are not in agreement, the marriage will go nowhere. The wife is to be a helpmeet to the husband, and if the wife is not a Believer in Christ Jesus, then she may not be in agreement with him, and the marriage will have problems.
As far as praying for someone to love and marry you, we must remember that God's will is paramount. It's crucial to seek God's guidance and to trust in His timing and plans. If you have feelings for someone, the best thing to be is to pray for them to come to Christ Jesus. To be a good Christian man and not to give your heart away as it belongs to God instead. To be a Godly person and be looking for a Proverbs 31 woman to be a wife. Delight yourself also in the LORD, and he shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way unto the LORD; trust also in him, and he shall bring it to pass, (Psalm 37:4-5 KJV).
Regarding your feelings of depression and sadness, we encourage you to cast your burdens on the Lord, for He cares for you. Let us draw near with a true heart in fullness of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience: and having our body washed with pure water, let us hold fast the confession of our hope that it waver not; for he is faithful that promised. And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another, and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching, (Hebrews 10:22-25 KJV). May do away with bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also forgave you, (Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB).
Finally, we want to address the fact that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus' Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved, (Acts 4:12 KJV). Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me, (John 14:6 KJV). That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation, (Romans 10:9-10 KJV).
Therefore, let us come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need, (Hebrews 4:16 KJV).
