We stand with you in the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, coming against the spirits of bullying and hostility that your son is facing in his workplace. We are reminded in 1 Timothy 2:1-2 (WEB), "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."
Firstly, we must emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father and it is only by His name that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." So, we pray,
Dear Heavenly Father,
We bring before You the struggles our dear ### is facing with her son's workplace. We know that You do not delight in injustice or evil, and we stand on Your promise that says "The Lord hears the needy, and does not despise his own who are prisoners" in Psalm 69:33 (WEB) and "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." in Psalm 46:1 (WEB).
We pray that You will clothe our dear ###'s son with resilience, wisdom, and Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as mentioned in Philippians 4:7 (WEB), "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We rebuke the spirits of bullying and hostility that are oppressing our dear ###'s son, and we ask, Lord, that You will open doors for him, that he can withstand this trial just like Daniel did by God's power.
We pray that You will turn the hearts of those in authority over him, just like You did with King Nebuchadnezzar.
In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, we pray, Amen.
We encourage you, dear ###, to continue praying fervently for your son and those in authority over him. Stand firm in your faith, for the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much, as mentioned in James 5:16 (WEB).
Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44 (WEB), "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,".
Lastly, we encourage you to read through Psalm 27, and take comfort in the Lord, as He will never leave you nor forsake you.
