We are truly sorry to hear about the distressing situation you and your daughter are facing. We will stand with you in prayer and believe for God's intervention and comfort.
Firstly, we want to remind you that our help comes from the name of the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. It is important that we always pray in the name of Jesus for it is by his name that we have access to God. There is no other name given among men by which we must be saved. As it says in the book of Romans, whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. In addition, it is written in the book of Acts, And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men, by which we must be saved.
In times like these, we can turn to God for strength and comfort. As it says in Psalm 34:18 WEB The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her daughter to You. Lord, we plead for Your healing touch and comfort upon their lives. We pray that You would minister to their hearts, and bring Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of suicide and depression that has tried to claim the life of this young woman. We speak life and hope over her, and declare that she has a purpose and a future in Christ Jesus. We pray for the salvation of her soul.
We also lift up the mother, and pray that You would grant her the strength and wisdom to support her daughter through this difficult time. Surround them both with Your love, and guide them through this valley of shadow and death.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in God and His Word. Remember that God is close to the brokenhearted and He heals those who are crushed in spirit. Keep declaring the promises of God over your daughter's life, and believe that He will turn this situation around for good.
If your daughter is not yet saved, take this opportunity to share the good news of the gospel with her. Let her know that there is hope and forgiveness in Jesus Christ.
Lastly, we strongly advise that you seek professional help for your daughter. There are many resources available for those struggling with suicidal thoughts, and it is important to get the support and treatment needed to overcome this challenge. The book of Proverbs tells us that in an abundance of counselors there is victory.
We are here for you, and will continue to pray for your family. Keep believing and standing on the Word of God.
