We are with you in spirit, lifting up your son during this crucial time in his first job. It's important to remember that God is faithful, and He will not let us be tempted beyond what we can bear. But when we are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that we can endure it.
In regards to his manager, we are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. We pray that God will soften his manager's heart and give your son the grace to respond with kindness and professionalism.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this dear son to You. Lord, You know the struggles he is facing at his new job, and we ask that You would give him the patience, mental clarity, and sharp mind he needs to succeed.
Father, we also pray for his manager. We pray that You would soften her heart and give her a spirit of kindness and encouragement. Help him to respond with love and kindness, even when faced with demoralizing remarks. We pray a blessing over his job.
Lord, we also lift up his health to You. We pray that You would give him strength and protect him from any illness or harm.
Finally, Father, we pray that our son would come to know Jesus Christ as his personal Savior if he has not already. We pray that he would put his trust in Him and call on His name. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. We pray that the name of Jesus is called upon in this home.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God hears and answers your prayers. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
