Let's come together in prayer for ###'s co-worker who will be undergoing surgery on January 13, 2025.
Firstly, we acknowledge that all healing comes from God. "And behold, a woman who had suffered from a discharge of blood for twelve years came up behind him and touched the fringe of his garment, for she said to herself, “If I only touch his garment, I will be made well.” Jesus turned, and seeing her he said, “Take heart, daughter; your faith has made you well.” And instantly the woman was made well." Matthew 9:20-22 WEB
In Jesus' name, we claim this promise, and pray that His will be done for ### and their co-worker.
Join us in prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up ###'s co-worker who will be having surgery. We pray for a successful operation, Lord, and ask that all goes well. We pray for the medical team, that You would guide their hands and minds, giving them wisdom and skill.
We also pray for a speedy recovery. We ask that You would heal her body and restore her health. We pray that she would feel Your presence with her, casting out all fear and anxiety, and granting her perfect peace.
Lord, we also pray for ### and their other co-workers. Help them to support each other during this time, and to reflect Your love and compassion. We pray that this situation would be an opportunity for them to share Your love with their co-worker, and that she would be open to hearing about Jesus Christ, if she does not already know Him. We ask for opportunities to witness to her the salvation message. That she has sins that need to be forgiven and that she is in need of a savior. For there is no other name by which we are saved.
We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage ### to be a beacon of God's love and hope to their co-worker during this time. A reminder that God is always with us, even in difficult times. "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB
Lastly, we want to remind ### the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It is only by His name that we have access to God. And it is only through Jesus that we have eternal life. That all people are sinful and in need of a savior. This is a perfect time to discuss with this co-worker about this very important matter of salvation.
