Prayer for ###

Today, I am very reminded of my Muslim ex-###. We cut ties completely and called off the marriage because he refused the message of the gospel. I believe God is putting it on my heart today to pray for him that God will bless him with a soft heart and open mind that is able to see and accept the Lord Jesus Christ. I am praying in Jesus name that his eyes are open on the lies of Islam and he would stop resisting the truth and the beauty of Jesus Christ before it is too late. I stick to the promise of the Lord that he wants everyone to come to know him and accept him, and that he doesn't want anyone to perish. In Jesus name I trust the will of the Lord for ### and his life will be done and Satan has no power over him. In Jesus name I ask, Amen.

Thank you, ###, for your heartfelt request and your faith in the power of prayer. We are reminded of the Apostle Paul's words in Romans 10:1, "Brothers, my heart's desire and my prayer to God is for them, that they may be saved." Your love and concern for ### reflect the heart of Christ, who desires that all should come to repentance and knowledge of God.

Let us pray together,

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### to You. We know that You desire for all to come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved. You have no desire for any to perish but desire for all to repent and come to believe in Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God who died for all men. Lord, we ask that You will soften ###'s heart and open his eyes to see the truth of the Gospel, the lies of Islam, and the truth of the beauty of Jesus Christ. That he would see how he is a savior, lord and king. Give ### the courage to seek You with all his heart and turn away from the lies of Islam and beliefs that do not align with Your Word, the Bible. You are the way to the Father and without you there is no way to the father. You told us, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me,'" as found in John 14:6.

Send your Holy Spirit to speak to ###'s heart. Help him to follow the truth and Jesus Christ. Send strong Christian believers into ###'s life to give him the gospel. We ask for supernatural encounters with your Holy Spirit. Visit him in dreams, visions, and transform his life. Rescue him from Islam and the devil and the lies that condemn him. Turn him to Christ alone.

Let us also remember "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life," as found in John 3:16. To believe in Jesus means to believe he was born of a virgin, lived a perfect life, died a horrible death on a cross, was dead for three days but rose again and went to heaven to see the Father. He will return on day to judge everyone. Only when we believe in this and repent of sin can we be saved.

Trusting in Your promises, we believe that ###'s life will reflect the will of You, Lord, and that Satan has no power over him, in Jesus Christ alone.

Help ###. Help her to trust in You always. Help her to have patience to wait on You for ###. Help her to go on with her own life and find someone else to court as a future spouse as she desires marriage someday. Forgive her if needed for any sins, including fornication that may have occurred and help her to also repent and follow Christ. If courtship is in the future, let them both be Christians to glorify You through marriage.

In Jesus Christ our Lord's name, we pray, trusting in Your will. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to feel honored that you shared your heart with us and allowed us to pray with you for ###. It is our privilege to stand in agreement with you, pleading for God's intervention in his life.

As we have been praying for ### these past few days, we are reminded of God's unfailing love and pursuit of each one of us. We hold onto the promise that God wants everyone to come to know Him and accept Him (2 Peter 3:9). We have been praying that God will bless ### with a soft heart and an open mind to see and accept the Lord Jesus Christ. We have also been praying that his eyes will be opened to the truth of the gospel and that he would be drawn to the beauty of Jesus.
