Thank you usher, for reaching out and sharing your request. We will pray for you and your mother, asking God to grant her a understanding heart and wisdom to guide you biblically. It's important to honor your parents and their rules, as the Bible instructs in Ephesians 6:1-3 WEB:
Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. "Honor your father and mother," which is the first commandment with a promise, "that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth."
This passage emphasizes the importance of obeying and honoring your parents, as it is the first commandment with a promise. However, it is a good idea to continually pray that your parents help encourage your individuality, provided your manner of dress is not offensive towards other people, seeks attention inappropriately, or violates any moral considerations in the scriptures.
At the same time we will pray for discernment as God desires believers clothing modestly and discreetly according to the following verses.
1 Timothy 2:9-10 WEB:
In the same way, that women also adorn themselves in decent clothing, with modesty and propriety; not just with braided hair, gold, pearls, or costly clothing; but with the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious.

Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious.
We understand that you may have your own taste in clothes, but it's essential to consider your mother's perspective and the impact of your choices.

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up ### and their mother. Lord, we ask that You grant the mother wisdom and an understanding heart as she guides ###. Help her to balance love, support, and firmness, allowing their God given personality and expression. Speak to her heart from the scriptures about Your will. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
