We join you in prayer, ###, and seek God's will together in Jesus' name. We understand your desire to move back to your hometown to be near your kids and address your medical issues. It's commendable that you have been praying about this for ### months, and we trust that God hears your prayers.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with God's promises. In Psalm 37:4 WEB it says, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Since you are putting your hope in the Lord, according to Isaiah 40:31 WEB, you shall be lifted up above this situation.: "But those who wait for Yahweh shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings as eagles. They shall run, and not be weary. They shall walk, and not faint." Jesus Christ is the only advocate between us and the Father. Even if you are petitioning the Father, the Holy Spirit, or even just God it is only in Jesus that you have the power to speak and be heard. Act 4:12 WEB says clearly: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" So we will agree with you in the name of Jesus that we ask for you to move.
However, remember that God's timing is perfect. Although you have a deadline with your lease, trust that if it is God's will for you to move, He will make a way even if it seems impossible. In Hebrews 11:1 WEB it says that faith is being confident in what you are hoping for and sure of what you do not see. This faith can be enough for you to speak for the things that are not as they will surely be in the name of Jesus. As said in Mark 11:22 WEB: "Jesus answered them, 'Have faith in God.'"
We parallel this to your situation and agree that you can Have faith in God! Verse 23 WEB: "For most certainly I tell you, whoever may tell this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' and doesn't doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is happening; he shall have whatever he says." Now let our prayer be like God is already moving the mountains in your way. In Jesus's Name we stand on this truth.

"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to lift up ###. Lord, You know the deep desire of their heart to move back to their hometown to be near their kids and address their medical issues. We believe that You are faithful and that You hear our prayers. We ask that You make a way where there seems to be no way to open the path to accepted by the apartment manager and a lease that makes a way for ### to live there within the coming months. We pray that You will give ### peace and strength during this waiting period. All of our promises are made true through Jesus Christ and not another name. He is our mediator with God our Father, whom you sent to the earth and was born of a virgin birth to die on the cross as an atonement for our sins. Help ### to trust in Your perfect timing and to delight in You, knowing that You will give them the desires of their heart if it aligns with Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen..."
