Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern for your husband. We stand with you in prayer and believe that God has a purpose and plan for both of you.
Let us remind you that God's timing is perfect, and He is always working for the good of those who love Him, according to His purpose Romans 8:28. Delays do not always mean denials. Sometimes, God uses delays to strengthen our faith, test our patience, and prepare us for His blessings Numbers 23:19.
We need to encourage him to dwell in godly sorrow over any potential unrepented sin in his life that may be hindering his prayers or causing him to operate under a curse rather than worldly sorrow that can ultimately kill him, which is repentance and turning from wicked ways, to align with Jesus Christ and the word of God.
We realize that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or use an abbreviation such as INJ (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God John 14:6, And Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. Also, there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved, we read Gladly, I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Apostle Paul affirms, That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things on earth, and things under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father Philippians 2:10. We declare and claim salvation in Jesus name.
Regarding fruitlessness, we remind you that God's word promises that those who remain in Him and His words abiding in them, are promised that they will ask what they will receiving it John 15:7.
Begin to thank God ahead of time for His answers and blessings as Thanksgiving shows faith in God's faithfulness and goodness Psalm 100:4-5.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' mighty who has all authority in heaven and earth. We take authority over every spirit of delay and fruitlessness operating in this dear husband right now, in Jesus' name. We command all spirits to stop their maneuvers and be rendered powerless. We cut off their influences from his life according to Matthew 16:19. And I will give to you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will be released in heaven. We align him with Christ and the word of God in all things.
We pray that You, Father, remind him of Your perfect plan for his life and will keep him afloat waiting to see Your miracle manifesting in his life. Help him remember that no word from You, Father, lacks power and every promise of Your's in his life is yes and amen at all times, Father. Father, strengthen his faith in You and help him grow more to become the godly man, husband, and spiritual leader You have called him to be.
Therefore, we pray that you walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil Ephesians 5:16. And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs Ephesians 5:18. We pray You convict him if he is living any unrepented moral sin and allow him godly repentance with godly sorrow for him to come into a saving knowledge with Jesus Christ and/or abide closely in Christ. Remind him Father that Jesus is the cornerstone of our faith dear Father and his wisdom and knowledge is paramount, and he has access to the throne of Almighty God through the name of Jesus Christ alone. Help him realize Father to make all of his requests in Jesus name only and claim salvation in Jesus Christ alone.
Father God, please give him confidence and clarity to pray for his family and marriage and for others. Give him wisdom, be it for personal, family and/or marital decisions or professional efforts, in Jesus' mighty name. Strengthen your servant and answer this request dear Father according to your will.

We're here with you, ###, standing in the gap for your husband. We believe that God is moving in his life, even if we can't see it yet. Let's keep our eyes on Jesus, who is the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). We're claiming 2 Corinthians 9:8, that God is able to make all grace abound toward him, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, he may abound in every good work. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
