Furthermore, in 2 Timothy 2:24-25 ESV, WEB it says, "The Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth," We need to remember that we ultimately are serving Jesus in a position.
Firstly, let's address the issue of your boss's dementia. It's important to remember that this is a medical condition that causes memory loss and confusion. It can be challenging to deal with, but it's important to approach it. It can be a good witness to show compassion. It reminds us of Colossians 3:12-14 WEB, "Put on therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do. Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection."
Regarding the workload and the demands being placed on you, it's important to set boundaries and communicate effectively with your boss. This might be easier with a superior also. In Matthew 11:28-30 WEB, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." It's important to remember that God does not want us to be burdened and stressed, and that He is always there to help us.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister and her boss to You. Lord, we pray for wisdom, patience, and compassion which is not normal human compassion, but Your compassion in dealing with her boss's dementia. We are the body of a risen savior. Please help them to communicate effectively and to set healthy boundaries. We pray that You would guide them in their work, and that You would provide the strength and energy needed to complete the tasks in a pleasing manner, not for men, but for You Lord Jesus.
Lord, we also pray for healing and comfort for their boss. We pray that You would be with them in their time of need, and that You would provide them with the support and resources they need to cope with their condition.
We ask all of this in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to seek God's will in this situation. Remember that He is always with you, and that He will never leave you nor forsake you. Stay connected to your local Church body since they can immediately help with physical, emotional and accountability support. Stay in the Bible daily. Keep a good witness and God bless.
