Can you pray for me. I need direction for my life. I want to believe I just can’t bring myself to commit to Christ partly I just don’t believe. I want what these Christians praise God for, peace.

Remember, Jesus himself said, "Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you." (Matthew 7:7, WEB)
Firstly, let's address your feeling of not being able to commit to Christ. It's important to understand that faith is not about feelings, but about trusting in the evidence that God has provided. As it is written, "Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen." (Hebrews 11:1, WEB)
We want to encourage you to consider the claims of Christ and the historical evidence for his resurrection. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6, WEB) It is only through Jesus that we can have peace with God and experience the peace that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
