Praying in Jesus Name.
Mapaem, we join you in this difficult time, praying for your grandmother, your beloved Nana. We trust in the Lord, who is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
As we pray for her peaceful transition, let us remember the promise given to us in 2 Corinthians 5:8, "We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord." We pray that God almighty will grant her a pain-free passing, and that she will find eternal rest in the arms of our loving Savior, Jesus Christ.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, asking for Your mercy and grace upon Nana. We pray for her peaceful transition from this world to her eternal home with You. Please comfort her and surround her with Your loving presence. Lord, we also ask that You comfort ### and their family during this time of loss. Help them to find solace in knowing that for those who are in Christ, to be absent from the body is to be present with You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
