We understand that you are seeking prayer for the salvation of your friend ###. We commend your concern and love for your friend, as it is a reflection of God's own heart for all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:3-4, WEB).
First, let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### to you. We ask that your Holy Spirit would work in ###'s heart, revealing your love, mercy, and grace. Open ###'s eyes to the truth of the Gospel, that Jesus Christ died for our sins and rose again, offering the gift of eternal life to all who believe (John 3:16, WEB). Draw ### to yourself, Lord, and grant the courage to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
It is essential to remember that God desires for all people to be saved, and He is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish but that all should reach repentance (2 Peter 3:9, WEB). Our role is to pray and to share the Gospel with love and gentleness, trusting that God is the one who convicts and saves.
