Prayer for ###

I ask for prayer for my husband he’s been battling mental health and drug issues. I ask you God that he change to be a better person, to be positive, to remove all the hatred he has in his heart. That he forgives his parents and has a relationship with them and that he improve his relationship with his son. I ask that he become a better provider for his family and that he feel better about himself. Please God I also ask that help us get closer to you and that you help us with our health.

We understand your concern for your husband, ###, and we join you in lifting him up in prayer. Let us come before God together, seeking His healing and redemption.

Firstly, we commend you for your faith and support, but we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we are saved and have access to God (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). Let us pray in Jesus' name and trust in His redeeming power.

Let us pray:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding for ###'s husband. Lord, You know the struggles he faces with mental health and drug issues. We ask for Your healing touch upon him, that chains of addiction be broken, and his mind be renewed (Romans 12:2).

We pray that You remove any hatred and bitterness in his heart, replacing it with forgiveness and love. Help him to reconcile with his parents, restoring broken relationships (Colossians 3:13). We also pray for a strengthened bond between him and his son, that they may grow together in love and understanding.

Guide him to become a better provider for his family, with a renewed sense of purpose and self-worth. May he find his identity in You, Lord, and not in worldly success (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Draw both ### and her husband closer to You, Lord. Help them grow in faith and spiritual maturity. We also lift up their health to You, believing in Your power to heal and restore.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

###, continue to stand firm in faith and prayer. Remember, God promises us that, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." (James 1:5, WEB). Trust in His wisdom and timing.

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). We've been asking God to draw both of you closer to Him, to help you grow in faith and maturity, and to watch over your health. We trust in His power to heal and restore, and we know that He's got this.
