We understand that you're going through a difficult situation with your boss. Let's bring this matter to God in prayer and seek His wisdom and intervention.

Firstly, we want to remind you of what the apostle Peter said in 1 Peter 2:18-20 (WEB), "Servants, be in subjection to your masters with all fear, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the wicked. For it is commendable if someone endures pain, suffering unjustly, because of conscience toward God. For what glory is it if, when you sin, you patiently endure beating? But if, when you do well, you patiently endure suffering, this is commendable with God." This doesn't mean we tolerate wrongdoing, but rather, we handle it with wisdom and a heart that seeks to please God.

Let's pray:

"Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You today to lift up ###'s situation. Lord, You know the difficulties they are facing with their boss—the abuse, sabotage, manipulation, and harassment. We ask for Your divine intervention, Lord. Please bring conviction to their boss's heart and change their behavior. Give ### the strength to endure and the wisdom to handle this situation in a way that honors You. Protect their heart from bitterness and help them to forgive, just as You have forgiven us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also urge you, ###, to seek godly counsel and support during this time. Document any instances of misconduct and report them to the appropriate authorities, as we are instructed to obey the laws of the land (Romans 13:1-2). Always remember that God is your defender and He will fight for you (Psalm 18:2).
