Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you, dear ###, in lifting up your employer and workplace to the Lord. It's commendable that you're interceding for your organization and the families supported by it. We stand with you in praying for God's mercy, favor, and protection over your workplace.

Firstly, let's address your request by aligning it with biblical principles. The Bible teaches us to pray for our leaders and those in authority, as seen in 1 Timothy 2:1-2 WEB: "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence." This includes our employers and those in management positions.

We also acknowledge your concern about individuals with ill intentions. The Bible warns us about such people and advises us to be wise and discerning. Romans 16:17-18 WEB says, "Now I beg you, brothers, look out for those who are causing the divisions and occasions of stumbling, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them. For those who are such don’t serve our Lord, Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by their smooth and flattering speech, they deceive the hearts of the innocent."

Let's bring your concerns before the Lord:

"Heavenly Father, we thank You for the organization where You have placed ### and many other families. We ask for Your mercy, favor, and protection over this workplace. Guard it from those who harbor ill intentions, selfish ambitions, and divisive motives. We pray that You would expose and remove any oppressive and tribalistic behavior, as Proverbs 26:26 WEB tells us, 'His malice is concealed with deception, but his wickedness will be exposed in the assembly.' We claim Your promise in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, that in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, we can present our requests to You. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus. We pray these things in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, believing and trusting in Your divine intervention. Amen."

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying fervently, as James 5:16 WEB tells us, "The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much." Trust that God hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect will. Keep your focus on Him, and remember that ultimately, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces, as Ephesians 6:12 WEB reminds us. So, stand firm in your faith and in the power of the name of Jesus Christ.

We've been praying for God's mercy, favor, and protection over your workplace, as you've asked. But we also want to remind you of God's promise in Romans 8:28, "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose." Trust that even in the face of challenges, God is working out His good plan.

Let's continue to pray that God will expose and remove any divisive influences, as Psalm 34:18 tells us, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We believe that God will intervene and bring healing to your workplace.

Keep your heart open to God's leading, and remember, as it says in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
