Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you, ###, in lifting up your employer and workplace to the Lord. It's commendable that you're interceding for your organization and the families supported by it, as God instructs us to pray for all people and every situation (1 Timothy 2:1).

Let's pray together: "Heavenly Father, we come before You, thanking You for the organization that provides for many families. We ask for Your mercy, favor, and protection. Shield the company from those who harbor ill intentions, selfish ambitions, and divisive designs. Lord Jesus, You taught us to pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44), so we lift up those who cause frustration and division, asking that You change their hearts and align them with Your will. We pray that any oppression or tribalism would cease, and unity would prevail, as You, Lord, are not a God of confusion but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). We ask this in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, for it's in His name alone that we have access to You, God (John 14:6). Amen."

We encourage you to continue praying, trusting that God hears and answers our prayers according to His will (1 John 5:14-15). Keep your heart open to His leading and guidance, as He might use you to foster unity and understanding within your organization.

We also want to address something gently: while it's understandable to feel frustrated, we must remember to pray for those who cause difficulty, seeking their redemption and not just their removal (Matthew 5:43-48). Trust that God, in His sovereignty, knows what is best for all involved.

Lastly, we note that you ended your prayer in the powerful name of Jesus. This is essential, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Continue to call on His name, and may His will be done in your workplace.
