Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We understand your concern for your workplace and the desire for God's protection and intervention. We commend you for turning to God in prayer, trusting in His power to bring about change. We stand with you in prayer, asking for God's will to be done in your organization.

Firstly, let's remember the words of Jeremiah 29:7, "Seek the peace of the city where I have caused you to be carried away captive, and pray to Yahweh for it; for in its peace you will have peace." Even though this verse refers to a city, the principle applies to our workplaces as well. We should pray for the peace and prosperity of our organizations, knowing that their well-being can contribute to our own.

However, we must also address something in your prayer. While it's natural to feel frustrated when others act in ways that seem harmful or unfair, we must be careful not to focus too much on the removal of specific individuals. Instead, let's pray for their hearts to change, for God to soften their hearts and reveal any wrongdoing to them. As Jesus taught us in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you."

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the organization where You have placed ### and their colleagues. We ask for Your protection over the organization, and we pray that Your will be done within it. Lord, we lift up those who may be acting out of selfish ambition or harmful intent. Change their hearts, Lord, and help them to see the error of their ways. Help them to act with kindness, integrity, and fairness. We also pray for ###, that they may continue to trust in You, to act with love and kindness even towards those who may be causing harm, and to stand firm in their faith. We ask all these things in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, according to Your will. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God. He hears your prayers and is faithful to act according to His perfect will. Keep showing love and kindness to all, knowing that ultimately, God is in control of all things.

We're praying that God will guide your boss and all those in leadership positions, helping them to make decisions that honor Him and benefit everyone. We're also asking God to protect and bless your workplace, just as He promised in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Let's keep lifting this up to God together, trusting that He's got it all under control. We're here for you, and we believe that God is going to work things out for your good and His glory.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
