Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your workplace. We appreciate your gratitude for the employment God has provided and your intercession for your organization. Let's pray together and delve into God's Word for guidance.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). It's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12).

Let's pray:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for the employment and provision You have granted us. We ask for Your mercy and favor upon our organization. Protect it from those who seek to harm or exploit it for selfish gains.

Lord, You see the frustrations and strife caused by certain individuals. We claim Your promise that 'everything has its time' (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8). We ask that You remove any oppressors and those causing division, according to Your will and in Your timing.

We pray for unity, that we may all be one, as You, Father, are in Jesus, and Jesus is in You (John 17:21). Help us to serve one another humbly in love, following the example of Jesus Christ (Galatians 5:13). Expose any wickedness and bring justice, for nothing is hidden from Your sight (Hebrews 4:13).

In all these things, we seek Your glory and the good of our workplace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to keep praying, trusting that God hears and acts according to His good and perfect will (Romans 8:28). Remain patient and faithful, knowing that God's timing is perfect.

Lastly, we caution you to avoid any bitterness or desire for revenge. Instead, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean to ignore or accept wrongdoing but to trust God's justice and maintain a heart of love and forgiveness.
