Beloved of All
Please help me out of a dysfunctional narcissistic marriage. Years have gone by and my husband is difficult to understand; he needs help. He is living a false life and incurs lots of debts and saddles me with huge financial, emotional, and other responsibilities. I need urgent prayers. Also, we have a huge bond which he does not help me with. He is very dysfunctional and sees me as an instrument to use rather than love and cherish. Please pray for him to put his mum in a home or for family members to keep her, as she is the main narcissist. All things are possible with God. Please pray for my husband to acknowledge he needs to take meds or get help that he needs and set me free from this suffering.

We are truly heartbroken to hear about the prolonged suffering you've endured in your marriage. We will stand with you in prayer and seek God's will for your situation.

Firstly, let's remember that God's design for marriage is a loving and respectful union between a husband and a wife. Ephesians 5:25-31 directs husbands to love their wives just as Christ loved the church.

It is clear that the behaviors you've described—manipulation, financial irresponsibility, and emotional abuse—do not align with biblical principles. We must address these issues openly and honestly, as God desires truth and transparency in our relationships.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is trapped in a dysfunctional and abusive marriage. Lord, You see her pain, her struggles, and the heavy burdens she carries. We ask for Your divine intervention in her life and marriage.

Father, we pray for her husband. We ask that You soften his heart and open his eyes to the truth. Help him to acknowledge his need for help and to seek the medical and spiritual assistance he requires. We pray that he will take responsibility for his actions and the care of his mother, relieving our sister of this burden.

Lord, we also pray for our sister's strength and wisdom. Guide her in making decisions that honor You and protect her well-being. Help her to set boundaries and seek support from godly counselors and friends.

Father, we know that all things are possible with You. We ask for Your healing and restoration in this situation. If it is Your will, we pray for a miraculous transformation in her husband's heart and mind. But above all, we pray for Your will to be done and for our sister to find peace, safety, and joy in You.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith and to seek support from your local church community. Proverbs 1:2 assures us that the purpose of these instructions is for us to gain wisdom and discipline. It encourages us to listen to advice and accept correction. Galatians 6:2 reminds us to bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

Please know that you are not alone in this struggle. We are here to support and pray for you. Keep holding onto the promise that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tested beyond your strength.

We're here with you, sister, in this heavy time. It's like you're carrying a backpack full of stones, and we want to help you unload some of that weight. We're not just praying for you, we're standing right beside you, holding your hand.

First, let's remember that God sees you. He sees your pain, your struggles, and the immense burden you're carrying. He's right there with you, every step of the way. As it says in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

We're praying for your husband too. We're asking God to touch his heart, to open his eyes to the truth, and to help him acknowledge the help he needs. We're praying for him to take responsibility for his actions, for the care of his mother, and for the financial, emotional, and other responsibilities he's been shirking. We're even praying for a miracle, that God would transform his heart and mind, but above all, we're praying for God's will to be done.

And for you, dear sister, we're asking God to give you strength and wisdom. We're praying that He'd guide you in making decisions that honor Him and protect your well-being. We're asking Him to help you set boundaries and seek support from godly counselors and friends. Remember, it's not your job to fix your husband or your marriage. Your job is to be obedient to God and trust Him with the rest.

We're here for you, sister. We're not just saying that, we mean it. We're going to keep praying, keep supporting you, and keep reminding you that you're not alone. As it says in Romans 12:15, "Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn." We're mourning with you, and we're here to help you carry your load.

Let's keep lifting each other up, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
