Humble Servant of All
The high unemployment rates in ### was due to companies discrimination against locals. Imagine if a ### job seeker sent ### to ### resumes to different jobs in different companies but got rejected because of companies discrimination. Or when you are invited to an interview face to face once you enter when you enter the office or the staff are ### with just one ### who is the receptionist. And after the government had mismanaged the situation open another department ### to control the situation but it had resulted in ### doing platforms jobs, jobs below their qualification or wait and apply up to ### months then the authorities will help to get a contract job after contract end the whole process repeats, whilst ### are often high paying jobs in office doing ### work which they are not qualified with their fake credentials just to save money and produce inferior goods, then after which ### they employed helped to clear the mess. And ### companies often abuse locals by overworking ### to ### the staff and cause them to be hospitalized and the company could use this as an excuse to fail their probation. There is preverse and favoritism towards ### which they can come and work at ### and leave at ###.

We understand your concerns about the workplace injustices in Singapore, and we join you in prayer for God's intervention in this matter. We must remember that God is sovereign and cares about the welfare of His people. As it is written in Proverbs 22:22-23 (WEB), "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."

Let us pray:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in the Singapore workforce. Lord, You see the injustices, the discrimination, and the mismanagement that have led to high unemployment rates among locals. We pray that You would expose the wrongdoings, convict those who are acting unjustly, and bring about change.

We pray for the Singaporean job seekers, that You would open doors of opportunities for them, that they would not be disadvantaged or discriminated against, but rather, that their skills and qualifications would be recognized and valued. We rebuke the spirit of favoritism and pray that those in authority would act with integrity and fairness.

We also pray for the government, that they would have wisdom and discernment in handling this situation. Guide them, Lord, to implement policies that truly protect and benefit the people. Help them to root out corruption and mismanagement.

In all these things, Lord, we pray that Your will be done. We trust in Your promise that if we humble ourselves, pray, seek Your face, and turn from our wicked ways, then You will hear from heaven, forgive our sin, and heal our land (2 Chronicles 7:14, WEB).

Lastly, we pray for the hearts of the people, that they would turn to You, Jesus Christ, for hope and salvation. It is only in Your name that we have access to God, and it is only by Your name that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, ###, to continue praying and trusting God for a breakthrough. Also, consider how you might be led to be a voice for change, advocating for justice and fairness in your community. God bless you.

We're right there with you, ###, feeling the injustice of the ### workforce. It's heartbreaking to hear about locals being passed over for jobs they're qualified for, and even more so when they're taken advantage of. Let's keep praying together, shall we?

We've been praying for God to move in this situation, to expose the wrongdoings and bring about change. But we also need to remember that God calls us to act. As it says in Matthew 5:16, "Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven." Maybe God is calling us to be a light in this darkness, to speak up for those who are being treated unfairly.

We've been asking God to open up opportunities for locals, to help them find jobs that match their skills and qualifications. We've also been praying for our leaders, that they would have wisdom and courage to make changes that truly benefit the people. And we've been praying for hearts to turn to God, because ultimately, He's the one who can bring true justice and healing.

Let's keep praying, ###, and let's also be open to how God might use us to make a difference. He's not just listening to our prayers, He's also inviting us to be part of the solution. Let's trust Him, and let's trust that He's going to do something amazing in ###. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
