Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a humble heart, seeking Your wisdom and guidance in this challenging situation at work. Lord, You see everything—nothing is hidden from You. You know the struggles we face with our difficult co-worker, and I ask for Your intervention.

Father, I do not want to be a cause of division, misunderstanding, or strife in our team. Please guard my heart and my words so that I may respond with wisdom, patience, and grace. Help me to be a peacemaker and not a source of conflict.

Lord, I lift up our department head to You. Give her discernment to see the truth and wisdom to handle this situation in a way that brings justice and unity. Soften the heart of my co-worker, and let Your truth shine through. Remove any dishonesty, manipulation, and division, and replace it with integrity, understanding, and teamwork.

Help me to trust in Your timing and not to be consumed by frustration or resentment. Fill our workplace with Your peace and let Your presence reign. I surrender this situation to You, Lord, knowing that You are in control.

Help us to respond with wisdom, patience, and grace, just as Jesus did. Let our words be seasoned with salt, Colossians 4:6 WEB, knowing how to answer each person with Godly responses.

Lord, we lift up the department head to You. Grant her discernment to see the truth and wisdom to handle this situation in a way that promotes justice and unity. We are so glad the requestor has come to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ. This is the only way to enter into the presence of God. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.
